These Terms & Conditions are published by The Apex Guild Pvt Ltd. for the MawaPay platform.

By downloading, accessing, or using the MawaPay application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. User Accounts & Security

To use MawaPay, you must register for an account and undergo necessary KYC verification as per RBI guidelines. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PIN.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. MawaGems & Rewards

MawaGems are a proprietary reward mechanism. They have no fiat cash value and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. MawaGems can only be redeemed for discounts, offers, or specific services within the MawaPay app. MawaPay reserves the right to modify the earning and redemption rates at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

MawaPay acts solely as a technology platform facilitating payments. We are not liable for the quality of goods or services purchased from merchants using our platform, nor for delays caused by banking networks or third-party gateways.
